Adriane and Adam’s Engagement

When it came down to the day of Adriane and Adam’s engagement session I though Adriane was going to bust she was so excited!  Even though it tried to rain on us – the shoot went better than I could have ever hoped for.  They are such a charismatic couple and you can tell Adam just adores Adriane.  Adam was such a good sport to because I think if he had let us Adriane and I would have continued taking pictures for 10 days straight!!!  The wedding is at Atalaya on April 28th and I’m not sure it can get here fast enough :)

Jennifer & Jacob September 17th 2011

I know – I know – I’m running a little behind on getting some of these fabulous weddings up on this blog – OK a LOT behind.  Better late than never huh ;)

Jennifer & Jacob are such a great story and one that I didn’t even get to start learning about until August 4th this year when I met them.  We only had a little over a month to do an engagement session, guest book and get ready for the wedding.  But these 2 are the most cool calm and collected people you will ever meet!  I knew we were going to have a good time when we did their engagement session at the beach – IN THE RAIN!!!  Couldn’t have been more fun.  The wedding day was just as relaxed and fun!

Sara & Kevin September 10th 2011

The Dunes Club is ALWAYS a great place for a wedding – especially when it’s Sara & Kevin!  Because they lived in Maryland I didn’t get to meet them until a day or 2 before the wedding.   The day of the wedding was seriously fun!   Everyone was relaxed and happy – the weather was beautiful!  The great thing is now Sara & Kevin live in Myrtle Beach!  So hopefully we’ll get to work together real soon!

Trisha & Joe’s Wedding

Ya gotta love a wedding at the Grand Dunes Ocean Club – and it’s even better when you have a FABULOUS Bride and Groom like Trisha & Joe.  Trisha’s Dress from The Little White Dress was one of my Top 5 favs this year!  So gorgeous!!  Joe and their son Gino were so handsome waiting for Trisha to walk down the beach.  It was a beautiful and intimate ceremony!  Thanks guys so much for allowing me to record these memories for you :)

Victoria & Robert’s Engagement

Sometimes when you meet someone you know it’s destined to be – Of course Robert and Victoria but I was talking about Victoria & I ;)   Haha!  Just kidding :)   Victoria & I did hit it off and that’s why I have the honor of photographing the wedding in November but Robert & Victoria are definitely a great pair.  So much fun we had on this engagement session.  Can’t wait for the wedding!

Who made the Website?!?!

Well, I finally updated my website!  I know, it’s been FOREVER but I’ve been just a tiny bit busy ;) . 

Besides, picking pictures for the website is no easy task.  Of course I LOVE ALL the images I give my clients or else I wouldn’t give them anything.  That’s what is fabulous and frustrating about this job.  If you LOVE everything how do you choose the one’s you REALLY love and not just sorta love?  This question usually causes me to spend HOURS mulling over 1000′s of images trying to decide which are worthy of the website until my eyes cross or I decide that a glass of wine is in order!  This is why I usually only do it 2 or 3 times a year, just to keep myself sane :)

(I’ll give you a hint, there is AT LEAST 1 photo from every session in the last few months somewhere there, I just can’t help myself :)

WE MADE THE COVER OF CAROLINA BRIDE!!!

So excited to announce that – WE MADE THE COVER OF CAROLINA BRIDE MAGAZINE IN MYRTLE BEACH!!!!  My client from October 9th 2010, Kaci Vaught-Horonzy, was so deserving of this honor.  Her wedding was so beautiful and more than that Kaci & Nigel were a dream to work with!  All of the vendors helped make their day so smooth and fun – Mark Gladden of M.
